1. The main machine adopts a floor-standing gantry structure, using the foundation plane as the workbench. The loading and unloading space is spacious, which is convenient for measuring extra-large size and heavy workpieces.
2. The three axes adopt friction steel belt transmission with zero return gap and high rigidity, featuring high transmission rigidity and high positioning accuracy.
3. The Y-axis adopts a unique ultra-long smooth guide joint technology, which can cope with the measurement of workpieces with ultra-long strokes.
4. Adopts a unique guide support technology to ensure good long-term support stability of the guide.
5. Equipped with double-sided elevated frames and dual grating dual drive systems, which reduces Y-axis yaw error and ensures the stability and dynamic performance of the machine.
