1. The whole machine adopts a lightweight design, which effectively controls costs and reduces the use cost of enterprises while ensuring excellent rigidity and good dynamic performance.
2. The strong combination of aluminum and granite materials effectively reduces deformation caused by force and temperature factors, and fully improves the motion stability of the frame and the dynamic measurement accuracy of the measuring machine.
3. Uses a unique enclosed air bearing layout, with strong anti-interference ability, effectively reducing Abbe error, enabling the machine to achieve high-precision measurement even during high-speed movement.
