The SC80 scanning probe is a continuous scanning probe with analog signal output, allowing connection of a stylus up to 800mm in length to meet the scanning measurement needs of internal features of parts. It integrates an automatic weight balancing system, enabling the use of styluses within 1000g. The SC80 adopts a high-resolution and high-precision displacement detection sensor, with strong environmental adaptability, suitable for applications ranging from metrology laboratories to workshop environments. It supports single-point, self-centering, and continuous high-speed surface scanning. During operation, probe axes remain disengaged, ensuring true surface-normal measurement and precise compensation for stylus deflection.
