CZ10TD5 fully automatic rotating probe heads
With flexible dual-axis (A/B) rotation, the CZ10TD5 offers 1,584 indexing positions in 5° increments, providing precise stylus orientation control with 0.5 μm repeatability. Stylus direction can be changed without re-calibration, greatly improving productivity. Compatible with M8-thread probes and 100 mm extension rods.
