Special stylus for CMM (Grade G5)
Lihe Precision's CMM stylus consists of the probe ball, probe stem, and base. It is compatible with M2 or M3 connecting threads and can accurately detect workpiece surface features from any direction. The entire probe is made of corrosion-resistant material to prevent rust in the CMM environment, while its superior wear and heat resistance ensure long-term stable measurement performance.

1. Probe balls made of ruby, silicon nitride, or zirconia for high hardness and wear resistance.
2. Minimal form error, ensuring consistent compensation in all directions.
3. Depending on the diameter and length of different styluses, probe stems are available in stainless steel (for larger/shorter styluses) or tungsten carbide (for smaller/longer styluses) to ensure rigidity.
4. Base available in M2 and M3 threads to match different probes.
5. Optional stylus extension rods and stylus center bodies for extended measurement ranges.
6. Star-shaped stylus configuration (via center body and extensions) minimizes stylus-head rotation when measuring concave features, improving efficiency.
